Cookham
Cookham Berkshire, on the right bank of the River Thames, about 53 miles from London by the river. Cookham stands at the end of what is popularly supposed to be the best part of the Thames, and, together with Maidenhead, is probably better known to London excursionists than almost any other place on the river.
