Kensington Gardens with its pleasant walks and fine trees and flower gardens skirting the Serpentine, is a continuation of Hyde Park. at the extreme West are the Round Pond (used for early skating in Winter) and Kensington Palace, in front of which is a statue by the Princess Louise of the Queen. |
