Ratcliff Highway extends from East Smithfield to Shadwell; it is now called St. George Street. is much connected with seafaring people, and contains Seamen's Mission Hall, Seamen's Chapel, etc. Jamrach, a dealer in wild animals, has an establishment here at No. 179.
