London Dance
As anyone who has visited the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden knows, Opera still alive and well in London. As are the ever popular Ballet show. The venues listed below offer a wide range of dance orientated productions.
Where London really comes up trumps is the wide range of dance classes on offer. If Egyptian, Flamenco, Salsa, Jazz or Contemporary is your thing - or you'd like it to be your thing - then you'll be spoilt for choice.

- South Bank Centre
Ghastly looking riverside complex containing three essential theatres. The Royal
Festival Hall houses the English National Ballet and room for 2000 spectators. The slightly
smaller Queen Elizabeth Hall has a more varied and contemporary programme. The Purcell
Room, which holds just 375 people is equally contemporary and a little bit more
