The Royal Botanic Gardens or Kew Gardens, owing to their proximity between Richmond upon Thames and Kew, are a training ground for professional gardeners, and one of the most popular visitor attractions in London.

Houses for tropical palms and plants, ferns, flowers, with Botanical Museums and beautiful grounds and walks. The Pagoda is at one end of the Gardens. Kew Palace adjoins, the grounds of which are now added to the Gardens.

There is an admission fee for the gardens. The nearest rail/ tube station is Kew Gardens station (District Line and Silverlink) to the north of the gardens. For opening times see their website:
