The event will be chaired by Dr. Ian Gibson MP and confirmed speakers include Professor Bob Watson, Chief Scientific Adviser to Defra, Richard Ellis, Chair of the East of England Development Agency (EEDA), Professor David Eastwood, Chief Executive of the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) and Jonathon Porritt, chair of Forum for the Future.
