Discover more about Richter, the way he views the world, his practice and the political context in which he has lived with leading academics and curators. This study day of lectures and panel discussion considers the process of appropriation and appropriated portraits, Richter's celebrated 48 Portraits and his cycle of paintings on the life and death of the Baader- Meinhof group. Speakers include Paul Moorhouse, curator of Gerhard Richter Portraits; Alex Danchev, University of Nottingham; Dr Wiebke Leister and Dr Craig Smith, London College of Communication.
Ticket price includes admission to the exhibition.
