Jools Holland

Event location: HRP Hampton Court Palace. Ongoing event.

Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra featuring GILSON LAVIS and special guest star DAVE EDMUNDS and guest vocalists RUBY TURNER & LOUISE MARSHALL

Now in its 17th year, the Hampton Court Palace Festival has grown into one of the UK's most exciting music events.  In a setting like no other, the newly presented Base Court plays host to an eclectic mix of concerts over 10 nights featuring some of the biggest names from the world of music.

The combination of warm summer nights, picnics in the 17th century gardens and some of the world's leading musicians make for a truly magical and unforgettable experience.

Jools Holland is the best known bandleader and pianist in the UK today. An exciting live performer, he is equally well known for his music as he is for his hugely popular BBC television programme.

Jools Holland & his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra have become established as one of the most prolific touring acts, creating their own unique big band sound. This year Jools welcomes Dave Edmunds as a special guest. Dave Edmunds has made a place for himself as one of the most respected guitarists, songwriters and producers of the last 30 years and has had a string of international hits including the No.1 version of the New Orleans classic I Hear You Knocking.
