Justin’s Summer Picnic Party - fun for all the family - hosted by everybody’s favourite presenter Justin Fletcher from CBeebies Fun Song Factory, Tikkabilla and Something Special, with his friends Barney, Pingu, Angelina Ballerina and who knows who else?? Be there - or rumble with Mr Tumble!!

More than just a series of concerts, the Tower Music Festival is an all-encompassing cultural experience. Set in the historic Tower Moat and surrounded by such London icons as Tower Bridge and the River Thames, fans are able to enjoy the jovial and laid back feel of a festival on their doorstep while absorbing the history that surrounds them. Festival-goers will be able to enjoy picnics in the grounds of the Tower. Artists from the diverse worlds of rock, pop and opera come together to create a unique line up for these exceptional evenings.

This is an open-air event - please dress for the prevailing weather. Umbrellas may not be put up during the performance but pac-a-macs will be on sale at the venue. There will be bars and food facilities on site.

INFORMATION AND NOTIFICATION

1. Access to the Moat is from 6.00pm

2. Disabled Access - there is a ramp into the Moat and disabled facilities are available

3. Any complaints resulting in the ability to view the concert from the holders designated seat must be made to the Promoter prior to or during the headline performance.

4. Tickets are security printed. Beware of forgeries.

5. Litter must be placed in the bins provided or removed from the site.

6. The following items may not be brought into the venue: illegal substances, portable laser equipment and pens, unauthorised film or recording equipment, audio recorders, fireworks and flares. Such items found in the possession of a ticket holder will be confiscated. This list is not exhaustive.

7. Bottles, glasses and glass containers may not be taken to the seating area. Plastic glasses are encouraged for safety reasons.

8. Use of cameras including camera phones with flashes, video camera or any other sort of recording equipment may be prohibited by the venue and/or artist.

9. Guests may bring their own picnics or alternatively there will be a fully licensed bar and a variety of picnic food on sale.

10. Body and bag searches may be made at entrance to the venue. Any items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon will be confiscated.

11. Persons suspected of carrying items which may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the venue or other parts of the site of the event may be searched and ejected from the site of the event.

12. Animals, fires and burning of any material is forbidden. Barbeques are not permitted on site.

13. Children under 12 are not permitted unless accompanied by an adult.

14. Umbrellas may not be put up during the performances as they obscure sight lines. Pac-a-macs will be on sale if it is raining.

15. Guests must keep noise to a minimum level when leaving the site.

PROMOTER’S TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms and conditions of AEG Live UK Ltd (the Promoters) supercede the Terms and Conditions on the reverse of the ticket. Possession of this document shall constitute acceptance of these conditions.

1. This ticket is issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue to which this ticket applies which are available on request from the venue. The venue reserves the right to eject from the venue any person who fails to comply with such rules and regulations.

2. Support artists and billed attractions may be subject to change without notice.

3. This ticket may not be exchanged or money refunded other than on cancellation or substantial alteration of the event.

4. No re-admission.

5. Tickets are non-transferable. Do not buy tickets from street traders and unauthorised agencies Tickets are only valid when purchased from official agents of the Promoter. Tickets bought from other sources will be void and the ticket holder will be refused admission.

6. In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests the Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission or to request visitors to leave the Tower at any time. Persons will not be admitted if, in the opinion of stewards, they are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

7. The Promoter will not replace lost or stolen tickets.

8. Historic Royal Palaces and the Promoter exclude all liability for any loss, damage to personal property or injury to visitors, howsoever caused, but do not exclude liability where any death or injury is caused by the negligence of Historic Royal Palaces, the Promoter, their staff or other representatives.

9. Under normal circumstances, in the event of an evening being cancelled at the Promoter’s election, we will refund the face value of your ticket. However in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to bird flu, a biological attack, terrorist attacks, national mourning, communicable diseases or civil disorder, we reserve the absolute right to limit and/or restrict any refund available, including the right to make no refund whatsoever.

10. Strictly no trading allowed within the venue without the prior written consent of the Promoter.

11. The ticket holder must comply with all relevant laws, safety announcements, notices on display and general instructions from officials of the venue and/or Promoter. These are for your safety.

12. Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion (commercial or non commercial) without the prior written consent of the Promoter.

13. Entry to the event will only be permitted on production of a valid ticket.

14. Title to this ticket remains with the Promoter until payment has been fully received.

15. CCTV and film crews may be on-site. The ticket holder consents to the filming and sound recording which may include the ticket holder as a member of the audience.

16. These conditions of sale are governed by English Law.
