Au Pressoir is the favourite restaurant of many, many knowledgeable diners who find its wood-panelled simplicity and luxury appealing, its near-perfect service a relief, and its food irresistible. Chef Henri Seguin uses the best ingredients with complete mastery and produces seasonal dishes that bring loyal diners back again and again. Dishes may include starter of foie gras terrine with artichokes, main course of scallop fricassee with wild mushrooms, and dessert of wild strawberries in spun sugar.
