Ying Sang is the Chinese restaurant that Mancunians have been recommending to one another for over 25 years. Founded by the sons of Tim Kwan Yeung, a renowned dim sum chef in Hong Kong, in 1981 it was the first Cantonese restaurant to win The Good Food Guide's highest accolade, the Pestle and Mortar. Today it offers a vast array of excellent exotic food in buzzy, beautifully-decorated surroundings. The deliciously fresh dim sum in particular stand out. Perfect service.
