Cube & Star resides in the former premises of the Shoreditch Electricity Showrooms, Hoxton. Today the space looks more of a glamorous nightclub, complete with ornate wood panelling, huge backlit photos of contemporary Havana, sexy music, and a hip crowd. The Cube and Star Food Concept has been changed by new head Chef Arnaud Stevens, dishes such as the Braised daily meats are being sourced from local farms and change daily. The object now in the bar is to serve fresh local produce on a daily basis and serve simple we executed dishes and nibbles. The house speciality drink of course, is a perfect Cuban mojito. An unique and unforgettable place!
