About Biagio Chez Victor

The three-storey building that houses Biagio Chez Victor dates back to the early 20 th century when it was a French restaurant (hence the name) frequented by the rich and famous. Today. it’s a romantic red-fronted ristorante decorated with traditional Italian artefacts. The inviting main dining room occupies the ground floor partly overlooking Shaftesbury Avenue. As well as a big menu offering a variety of soups, pizza, pastas and meat, vegetarian and fish dishes, there are weekly specials advertised on chalk boards. The crowd varies from tourists, theatre goers, shoppers and the occasional TV personality. A handy spot for an affordable meal before or after a night of West End theatre. The only Italian restaurant in Chinatown.
