About Manairo

With chef Jordi Herrera, famed equally for his commitment to classic Catalan cooking and for his bountiful creativity, at the helm, Manairo is a wonderfully modern retaurant with its feet on the ground. The name is taken from local mythology, while the decor is playfully up-to-the-minute. Smart, with sleek design, white table linens and fine service, Manairo is a pocket-sized gem where the patron visits each table. Starters may include smoked bonito tuna with pine nut salad, main course of foie gras and carquinolis de pasas with orange, apple,and judias sauce, dessert of vine-ripened peach with yoghurt and pineapple.

- Sopa de gallina con 'carn d'olla' , royal de pan y tomillo
- Vieira a la brasa con panceta confitada y salteado de setas

- Arroz con tripa de bacalao , 'cap i pota'y aceite de albahaca

- Pescado de playa a la brasa con raviolis de patata
- Calamares a la plancha y arroz de galeras
- Rape con caviar, cebolla tierna y 'fondant' de zanahorias
