About Reform - Edinburgh
Located in the middle of the tourist area on the Royal Mile, the much-praised Reform has avoided the temptation of being just another tourist eatery. Contemporary, creative and quietly different, Reform takes great Highlands and Islands produce and gives it an Asian twist. Most dishes are available as both a starter and main, and with the selection changing monthly there’s always something new to try. Haggis and barbecued venison ravioli, butternut pumpkin beignet with pineapple and coconut cream salad are just two the most popular dishes that have appeared on the menu. The décor is as modern as the menu; bright walls, big art, new furniture. A Scottish restaurant with a global outlook; how refreshing.
