Dynamic head chef Pietro is constantly supplementing Zia Teresa’s à la carte menu with a selection of house specialties such as Fettuccine della Zia - fresh pasta and mushrooms tossed in cream and sprinkled with gently grilled parmesan. Light, healthy options include a starter of grilled aubergines, courgettes, mushrooms and sweet peppers marinated in olive oil, garlic and parsley.
