Located underneath the Great Eastern Dining Room, Below 54 operates a strict 'No Tie' dress-down door policy which suits its mixed crowd of music, new media, fashion and other assorted beautiful folk just fine. Serving a wide range of interesting cocktails and spirits, the groovy, laid back vibe is supported by local DJs and video art projections. Try a classic champagne cocktail, martini or our favourite, the Hazelnut Monk, a blend of remy grand cru, creme de cacao & frangelico. Those who are peckish can peruse a pan Asian canapé menu, and there's loads of seating to kick back and chill on. No need to rush either, as Below 54 has a license until 1am.
