Pacific China

About Pacific China

Pacific China is the ground floor restaurant (Pacific Thai is on the first floor) that has won two awards within the first six months of opening, and has Manchester buzzing. The decor is bright and modern, the service expert and unobtrusive. Chefs honour traditional Chinese spicing, in offerings like pan-fried minced pork and salty fish cake or shredded chilli fillet steak. In a radical new idea, diners may make their own choice of meat, veg, sauce, and method of cooking to create an entirely individual dish. Or choose one of four set menus and just sit back and enjoy. Great selection of dim sum and vegetarian dishes. Ambitious wine list. A rare experience.
