About Bar Bourse

A glamourous restaurant bar in the heart of the City. Owner Louise Mayo was formerly a stockbroker and so knows a thing or two about what City types like. Lots of her customers are, in fact, known to her from her City days. With its wide staircase, gold leaf ceiling, and striped banquettes the Bar Bourse is certainly striking. Lots of bankers and accountants discussing deals, but there’s nothing stuffy about this restaurant. Lots of laughter and merriment.
What’s cooking?
Chef Vincent Morse serves up modern European dishes including pumpkin risotto with parmesan crisps. Lots of fine wines - as owner Louise is a great enthusiast.
