With fantastic views over the Thames and a huge riverside dining terrace (heated when necessary, e.g. this summer) as well as a stylish, modern dining room, Canyon would be a winner before diners even took a bite. But the cuisine has earned rave reviews, as well. Favourites include inventive dishes like smoked paprika poussin with butternut squash and red onion hash. The award-winning brunch is popular, too.
