The more informal dining area of the Copthorne Hotel Newcastle serving international brasserie style food. The Copthorne is situated on Newcastle’s Quayside with attractive views over the River Tyne. Harry’s Brasserie is up beat and buzzy with a lively atmosphere and a bright airy interior. Whats cooking: Thai crab fishcakes, seared tuna nicoise, chicken liver parfait, calves liver and bacon; confit of duckbaked aubergine en croute, apple tart, sticky toffee pudding, fresh and exotic fruit plate and creme fraiche.
