Maxi’s works hard to give you that dining-at-home-away-from-home experience, and it would succeed beautifully if only you had a team of top Chinese chefs in your kitchen and wonderful wait staff to serve you, and extremely luxurious surroundings chez vous. As it is, it is no burden to visit Maxi’s to enjoy the cooking, warm welcome and friendly staff. Couples, families and business types all frequent the place, but plan to bring a group so you can sample all the delicacies of the menu, from the aromatic crispy duck and sizzling Cantonese-style fillet steak to the many chef’s speciality dishes.
