Set in the heart of theatreland and five minutes walk from Covent Garden, Bank Aldwych is a lively yet stylish urban brasserie ideally situated between the City and the West End. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the inventive, confident modern European menus are justly famous, especially the house fish and chips, and sticky toffee pudding. Excellent value is the pre and post theatre specials, which are also served at lunchtime, £13.50 for two courses and £16 for three courses. Did we mention the friendly bar? A fabulous place to unwind after a hectic day in the office, it’s a favourite with the local business crowd and the cocktail list is fantastic. Family time at the weekends, Bank Aldwych serves a Brunch that will keep everyone happy and children are very welcome.
