enthusiastic, and more than happy to explain the ’different’ aspects of the menu. You will find excellent renditions of Chinese favourites from the other regions here, but trust executive chef David Tam’s expertise in the adventurous side of the menu. Try starter of Thousand Layers, which are
pressed pig’s ears, or filleted duck’s feet and celery, followed by main courses of Lion’s Head meatballs, or Beggar’s Chicken. The wines are excellent, many also unique to the UK, and chosen with particular success in
complementing the rich flavours of Eastern China. Bring your tastebuds and trust the experts. You will be delighted.
