About Nababbo

This elegant Italian basement restaurant is a great location in the City to meet and eat and do your best deals. The white-tiled floor and pink-painted walls will remind you of restaurants you’ve enjoyed in Italy, while the smart service and great menu - a mix of modern and classic - will make for a flawless meal. As you’d expect, the place is packed with City suits at lunchtime, but it quiets down for more relaxed or romantic dinners. Start with antipasto of classic caprese or prosciutto di parma e melone, follow it with favourite tagliolini with lobster, tomato and chilli sauce topped with half a lobster, then move on to something a bit more daring like salmon and king scallops in saffron and pernod sauce. Puds are classic Italian choices. Great coffee, too.
