About Gabrielle’s

One of the best things about Gabrielle’s is its location. Nestled on the corner of cobbled Heddon Street, it offers calming French charm just off one of London's major thoroughfares, Regent Street. Gabrielle's is named after the owner Nicholas Taube’s mother, who loved French food, meeting new people and watching them have fun. And that’s very much the feel of this inviting, cosy brasserie where creamy walls, a terracotta brick ceiling and contented crowd help to create a relaxing 'south of France' kind of atmosphere. Enjoying yourself comes easy at Gabrielle’s. Specialties from a broadly traditional menu include cuisses de grenouilles a la Provencal (yes, frogs legs), and for mains - le confit de canard a l’orange, and filet de loup de mer sauce vierge - all professionally presented.

Gabrielle’s has an in-house bar where you can sample wines that have been hand picked from Les caves de Pyrène. The Rosé, Côtes de Provence, Chateau les Crostes Rosé 2002, adds further reason to head along to the bar early as it’s identical to the Petal de Rosé that’s only sold in St Tropez! Something very special indeed.
