The staff in this organisation are both professional and considerate. Very helpful, understanding and kind. The optician even gave my mother a home visit to deliver her spec's as she is housebound on occasion. My son was given great assistance when trying out contact lenses too. I don't mind paying for the services and after care - it's really been worth it for my family. .
