My name is theresa osborne,i live in dublin Ireland,my sister stephaine was a paitent in the royal free hospital, the gareth anderson ward on the 11th floor.she was dieing from AIDS,she had been atending the hospital on and off for 10 or more years.then in december 2006 she was knocked down by a bus outside the hospital on pond street,to this day us her family still dont no how or why this accident happend, anyway the hospital contacted me to tell us of the accident and tat she woldent live long as of her injuries,we were told she most probley die before we got over there,we arrived and the staff made us most welcome and confortable,my brave sister hung on and bore a brave battle, she died on jan 17th 2007, in the 17 days we were there we were away from our kids and family and it was very diffacult to look at stephaine the way she was and the pain she was in.The doctors and nurses were very kind and careing to our sister and us,and we will be forever thankfull to them, even down to the cleaning staff went out of their way to be helpfull.we were inconsoable over our sister and their breavement counseller helped us wit arangments,we were in a different country and wernt to sure what to do,they were so kind and helpfull and the personal care for our sister was nice and taughtfull myself and my family will always be thankfull,so to all the staff on the 11th floor in the gareth anderson ward.THANK YOU. from the osborne family from the liberites in dublin 8,IRELAND..
