A review of James Selby Ltd by Anon - Thursday 28th of December 2006
I do find shopping in James Selby quite stressful for the reasons outlined by an earlier reviewer. Every item one buys has to be paid for at the "relevant" till throughout the store, and on several occasions I have been "ignored" by the assistants who are too busy chatting behind the counter. On the occasion I had to return an item to the toy department on the first floor, I was then sent to the basement to obtain said refund. A visit to James Selby certainly takes the fun out of shopping.
