I have been a member here for a couple of months now and wish I'd found it sooner !
The owners and staff are really genuinely friendly and you really are known by name. It makes such a difference.
They have all the usual facilities (weights, cardio, sauna's etc) yet because of their limited membership policy, there is never usually any problem with overcrowding ar waiting for machines.
A real gem of the Ruislip area, service with a smile and much better value too !
