I have over the last week had several dealings with the office at Finchley. Earlier in the week by phone, a visit on Wednesday and again over the phone today, due to my stupidity in leaving documents behind. Although of no great financial value, these were important to me. On all these occasions the staff can only be described as BRILLIANT! They have been helpful,curteous and polite. I always felt they were prepared to go the extra mile if it would help me out.If you want any help or advice I am sure you will be well treated. Thanks again..
