"Excellent friendly atmosphere"

Have to say I disagree with the negative review. Friendly staff, a very low rate for a non-shared room. Yes the hotel is being upgraded, but if you are only in London for a few days, I don't see how you can do better for the money. For the record, I stayed there happily for all of November 2006..
