"Get a grip - "Shocked""

I never thought I'd have it so good at an NHS GP practice in London. Great doctors who take time to listen, helpful recepionists, excellent nurses and a top acupuncturist who has a great patient manner. I only once struck a Doctor who was mildly uncommunicative and unhelpful very recently.

Regarding comments from "Shocked" - I think it's a shame to be shocked by the booking system for non - emergency appointments which appears to work efficiently and may not if appointments are booked well in advance and forgotten thus wasting GP's and nurses times.
