"Exceptional quality diamonds."

I approached Shalimar Jewellers through my searches on the website. I was looking for a bespoke Diamond engagement ring with matching wedding band and a gents band. At first i was a bit hesitant in calling as I had never been to SHALIMARS to purchase jewellery, but having spoken to the Diamond Graduate ( Saveet) he put my mind at ease.

I had a tight specification on the Diamond quality being a D colour VVs quality. This was no problem for Shalimars as they specialize with Diamonds in the Range of D to F colour and IF to Vs quality. They call this the exceptional range.

The particular design of engagement ring was one i found from an American website, which i forwarded onto Sav at Shalimars via email. He responded within an hour with a very competative quotation and i decided to go ahead with the order. Only a small deposit was required and he also assured me that if the design was not to my specification then he would change it.

The design came out PERFECT and EXACT to my requirements and within 4 weeks, other Jewellers were quoting 6-8 weeks. Sav also managed to upgrade the carat of the diamond by 0.10cts which i was over the moon about.

Overall service was Fantastic, quality of products was exact and superb and i would highly recommend Shalimars to all.
