Pros: the roofers turn up everyday on time, they seem to be hardworking, they are honest, and we developed a good relationship with them.
Cons: No post inspection after all the work is carried out, when things go wrong the customer is blamed that they did not communicate correctly to the roofer on site. I found the management’s aggressive and confrontational style when trying to deal with customer problems unhelpful.
I hope this helps someone to decide who to use for their roof. Currently we have spent a lot of money on a roof which were told more than once was water tight, it still leaks!
