"What you pay is what you get"

They appear to be cheaper by a couple of pounds, than some of their competition. BUT:

On airport transfers (Luton)they consider hand luggage (if a small carry-on suitcase) as a proper one and will charge you 35 instead of 25 pounds!

SEVERE PROBLEMS with them at night as:

1.they take 10 minutes from their office from mill hill broadway to mill hill circus round-about;

2.mix up same named roads in mill hill with those in hendon

3.go to destination address instead of pick-up address.

SUMMARY: Fine during the day, forget them at night
