"Good work but tie him down!"

Adam has done some really constructive, creative work for my rough plans for projects. But if you are getting him to do fairly small tasks, like I do, then you need him to commit to timing. Otherwise he seems to set things aside to do major jobs. I can fully understand this, but you need to get some sort of time!.
