"Wrong numbers + tel menu that doesnt work"

Called a number listed on London online. This number tells you another number. You dial this number, it tells you number has changed. You dial this new number and the tel menu doesnt work - you cannot access options 1-5.

So how do you sensibly contact Alitalia - anyone??.
