I arrived at Victoria at 6am after 12 hours on a bus, having arrived early thanks to the roads being empty. The staff were great, very helpful, friendly and very courteous, even at that ungodly hour in a very busy station. It was my first time ever in that part of London and they gave me clear directions and even took me outide the station to point me in the right direction..
