Customer service/culture here is clearly bad unless you just want to hand your money over and are lucky not to have any issues. Having just posted a review I called Caffe Crema to see it they had their own web site / email to which I could forward my review - out of courtesy. The young lady answered the telephone said they were too busy to talk to me and hung up. Called back and telephone went to answer machine. Lousy service/culture. Happy to take your money but clearly have no regard for the customer. Will not be using this cafe ever again (ans as they say neither will my friends) |
