"The Results Line is Hopeless!"

If you need a blood test - no problem in getting the forms.

If you want the results thats a different matter!

The results line is only open 4 days a week and then only from 10 - 1.00. It doesn't even stay open till 2pm when you could be calling during your lunch hour. If you call outside these hours you get a rude receptionist taking ages to tell you why you cant have them rather than the 30 seconds actually giving you the information you need.
