7.Bank Name (applicable only if you deposited from another bank via Telephone Banking/Personal Banker/ Online Transfer)
8.Branch (applicable only if you deposited by cash/personal banking)
8.Date Deposited
9.Time Deposited
10.Reference Name
11.Purpose of remittance (please select from: Allowance / Cash Gift / Education / Funeral Expenses/ House Construction/ Household Consumption/ Investment/ Medical/Payment to supplier/ Payment of bills/ Payment of loan/ Purchase Property / Payment of Pleasure Trip / Working of Capital)
12.Other Instructions if any

Please put EMAIL REMITTANCE in the subject of the email. Email remittances received up to 6:00 pm will be encoded on the same day. Emails received after 6:00 pm will be processed the following day.

You may opt to receive your receipts via email. Please notify us of your email address so we can divert the receipts from snail mail to your email.
