I wanted to arrange to have my repaired phone picked up by courier. I tried all the available options on the Carphone Warehouse switchboard ALL MORNING and failed to make contact with a human being. It was the worst single experience calling a PLC I have EVER had. In terms of customer relations – truly useless Come on – try a bit harder, you're supposed to be a phone company you should try picking it up once in a while. |
