"Began well but ending poorly"

The move began well but ended poorly as the movers had a few loose ends to tie up. These loose ends dragged on for an unbelievable amount of time, with Art Logistics avoiding phonecalls and emails. I certainly cannot recommend them at this time although I would have done so when I first began working with them..
