Why call your self the royal mail when you cant even pick up a telephone beats me. do you need training in this may be thats something for your bosses to look into. may be you should put a mobile phone in their as most of you seem to be on them when your out doing your rounds. even better still may be its about time you do go private then it will stop all these stupid strikes over a few pence and make you do a real days work, as the average person does a 48 hour week not 20 .
