Yesterday, I was served by a most helpful and kind Estee Lauder assistant at your outlet in Boots, Chichester. You might not think this is important, but I was made to feel, for the first time in many years, not only 'normal' but was helped with the utmost courtesy. I have a medical condition which causes severe blemishes on my skin, particularly my face and nose. Your assistant was extraordinarily helpful and taught me how to apply the foundation in the best possible way to help disguise the areas.
Your make-up is excellent (I have used it for many years) but I really do want to say a huge thank-you to the assistant. I hope she reads this.
