"No Telephone Numbers"

A review of Royal Mail by Richard Camp written on Thursday 14th of January 2010

Have you tried to get in touch with RM HQ at Rathbone Place, London, or anyone who works there? Just try it! I spent an hour on the net looking for a telephone number as I wanted to speak to the editor of the Philatelic Bulletin. I could find no telephone number and no e-mail address. It appears I can ring The Times editorial office or the BBC at Broadcasting House and I can e-mail both but I cannot ring or e-mail Royal Mail.

Are they afraid of complaints, do you think?.
