Your Majesty
Please excuse my lack of protocol. I have been reluctand to write for many years now but find I can no longer hold my tounge and that there is no-one in else authority I can turn to.

Please do not allow our land to be further destoryed by the respective political parties actions. I used to live in Harringay, North London. A clean and quiet area, with clipped hedges, whitened door steps and polished door furniture. I took my wife back to see where I lived as a child and am sorely saddend as the area is now a slum...

I see that Nottingham police forces have been obliged to take their shoes off, not use dogs, not use camaras in case the women ar nor appropriatle dress, allow prayers to finish etc. etc. as well as wear a green ribbon in support of the muslim (what about a red, white and blue ribbon in support of US)...? Does not a green ribbon already show support for the IRA?

When you have you next meeting with the Prime Minister. Please tell him of my deep (and the true British peoples) worries. it seems 'Our green and pleasant land' has been destroyed.

I antisipate that your scretaries and staff will not let you read this missive or that it is political and you cannot comment. It is NOT political only fear at the loss of what I once I held dear.

Your obedient servant
