Am somewhat reluctant to write this as I don't want hundreds of people flocking to my favourite Indian restaurant in London. But the food is superb every time; always seems freshly cooked and you can distinguish individual herbs and spices, like fresh coriander and ginger.
It is extremely good value especially as you can take your own wine or beer. The staff are always courteous and you feel they genuinely care what you think and want you to enjoy your meal. The only down side is the seating which can be uncomfortable if you have back problems.
It is very advisable to book in advance.
