I have found their onsite networking and configuration service excellent.

The man who visited I think his name was Patrick was very knowledgable. I bought my computer from John Lewis and it was delivered and set up on the day very quickly using a wireless router he then explained in great detail how to use it all my questions were answered and it all works extremely well I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends. .
